How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the destination country and bank processing times.
What documents do I need for verification?
You'll need a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address. Some transfers may require additional documentation based on amount and destination.
How do I track my transfer?
You can track your transfer in real-time through the app. Go to History โ†’ Select your transfer to see the current status. You'll also receive push notifications for status updates.
Can I cancel a transfer?
You can cancel a transfer before it's processed. Once funds have been sent to the recipient, cancellation is not possible. Go to History โ†’ Select transfer โ†’ Cancel (if available).
What are the transfer limits?
Transfer limits depend on your verification level. Basic verified accounts can send up to $1,000/day. Fully verified accounts have higher limits up to $10,000/day. View your limits in Profile โ†’ Account Limits.
How do I receive money via cash pickup?
The recipient will receive an SMS with a pickup code. They can collect cash at any of our partner agent locations by showing a valid ID and the pickup code.
Is my money safe?
Yes. MannaTransfer uses bank-level encryption (TLS 1.2+, AES-256) and is compliant with PCI-DSS and SOC 2 security standards. Your funds are held in segregated accounts at licensed financial institutions.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. For security, the link expires in 15 minutes.
